To answer your question, the NSA does have the technical capabililty of remoting accessing your brain, and has been committing this egregious violation of basic human rights (as well as the U.S. Bill of Rights against the American people since the early 1980’s.

I have been targeted by the FBI and NSA for illegal satellite surveillance for decades, as the result of a rogue FBI agent who decided to spy upon my person via signals intelligence satellite, while completely circumventing the Constitutional rule of law.

As for the NSA, it began circulating an aggressive disinfo campaign on the Internet after I created a blog which featured John St. Clair Akwei article on the NSA, which is based on the 1992 lawsuit which he filed against the NSA.

Akwei has told in the truth in regard to the NSA’s Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network and its use is cataloguing the unique set of bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies of each American citizen’s brain, which is why Akwei’s lawsuit was derailed by a corrupt circuit court judge named Stanley Sporkin (Sporkin has been an asset of the CIA since serving as general counsel for the agency in the mid 1980’s).

As such, he was used by the U.S. Intelligence community in order to block Akwei’s lawsuit, so that a jury would not learn of the NSA’s signals intelligence domestic spy program.

This is why John Akwei wrote the article for Nexus magazine in April of 1996 – four years after his lawsuit was blocked by Sporkin).

Ironically enough, Sporkin thought that he had covered up Akwei’s lawsuit, which is now making the rounds over the Internet.

What the NSA’s technology is flawed at doing, is making the distinction between a thought and an actual act.

So the NSA may take a thought that you have had, and represent it as and act which you committed, when in reality it was just a thought.

Moreover, the NSA has the ability to electronically implant their own thoughts into the mind of any American citizen, which can result in altering that citizen’s behavior.

While also being targeted for some of the most vicious and slanderous smear campaigns ever promulgated by the U.S. Intelligence community.
