Why computers,mobile phones,remote controls etc are not designed taking aged people into consideration?

The electronic goods aim only at youngsters.
Old people find it difficult to send SMS or do other operations.
Especially placing and taking CD in its place is a tough task for old persons.

I feel that with the amount of support that manufacturers supply with equipment means that only your attitude or arthritis can prevent you from using any electronic equipment.

I assume you realise that technology must become more complex in the interest of development and trust there are a lot of elderly people that have no worries at all with technology.

I have played WoW with a 70 year old man.
My Grandmother can text, create photo slide show’s etc etc.

For those of you with arthritis you can now buy a whole range of products that cater to the elderly, coincidentally these products are also repackaged and sold to children.
