Blue Screen on a brand new computer when dual monitor is activated?

I’ve had this computer for about 1 week
one day while surfing the internet, my computer just went to the blue screen on dual monitors.
i was wondering is this is a problem with the video card, the processor or the amount of memory i have
im running on vista 32 bit
4gb ram
intel core 2 quad q6600 2.4 ghz
video card – radeon hd 2400

1. Blue Screen (blank with blue background) or BSOD (Blue screen of Death error)?

2. If you reboot (in safe-mode) and set it back to 1 monitor does it display? If you then reboot and try adding back the 2nd Monitor does it go “Blue Screen” again?

3. Have you tried removing and reinstalling the video card drivers?
