Is this Laptop Dual Core?

I really like the look of the Toshiba L450-18D from Tesco. But on the site it says (dual core) in the product title but the specs don’t mention it. Can someone help me please because I want to get a dual core laptop for under £400 and this seems like a good deal if it is true.
